At candles4dplanetearth.com, we understand how important it is that your orders arrive promptly. To this end, the following information is provided for your reference regarding our shipping methods and procedures.
SHIPPING METHOD
Federal Express is currently used for all shipments by candles4dplanetearth.com. Most shipments are via FedEx Ground. If you need fast delivery of your order, please send us an email of your request to customerservice@candles4dplanetearth.com so we can make an arrangement with FedEx. In this case, we will use the FedEx Express Shipping ( 2days,3days,etc). Shipment charges for Express Shipping are much higher than the regular shipping.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, Paypal and eLayaway. No personal checks or money orders are accepted.

Like traditional layaway, eLayaway allows you to make payments on a variety of products, with delivery upon payment in full. Membership is FREE and there is NO CREDIT CHECKS! The consumer pays a flat, one time charge of 1.9% per transaction to use eLayaway.
SHIPMENT DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States continental territories only. We do not ship yet to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO. Candles4dplanetearth.com will not ship to USPS post office boxes.
DELIVERY TIME
All in-stock orders are usually shipped within seven to fourteen (7-14) days depending on our workload. However, if there is a backorder, it may take up to four (4) weeks. Every effort is made to process each order as expeditiously as possible. If you need Express Shipping for your order, please send an email of your request to customerservice@candles4dplanetearth.com and we will make an arrangement with FedEx. This Express Shipping has higher shipping charges.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you decide to cancel your order, please send an email of your request for cancellation of an order and include your order/transaction number to customerservice@candles4dplanetearth.com within 24 hours. We will make an attempt to cancel an order upon each request. Cancellation will not be possible if the package is already in transit. We cannot cancel an order that has been shipped already. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Follow the following instructions.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check all packages for accuracy of contents within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. If you decide to return your order, please send an email to customerservice@candles4dplanetearth.com . If there is any missing item in the contents of the package, please contact customerservice@candles4dplanetearth.com within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt to file a claim for the missing goods.
Returns will be accepted only within fourteen (14) days following receipt of shipment. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from confirmed date of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges in any case. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please send us an email when you have already returned your package. Candles4dplanetearth.com will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. Returned item must be physically received to qualify for the refund. Candles4dplanetearth.com will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in the return shipment.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Candles4dplanetearth.com will cover items damaged by the shipping carrier unless the carrier is the US Postal Service. Please follow the following procedures to replace a damaged shipment:
- For items shipped via "non-freight" service such as FedEx, UPS, etc...
- The shipment recipient must call the appropriate shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label; FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx or UPS at 1-800-PickUPS. The recipient must notify the shipping carrier of the damage and provide the tracking number(s) on the shipping label and have the package returned to us. This first step must be completed within 5 business days of the shipment's delivery.
- After FedEx or UPS picks up the damaged shipment, notify us of the situation via e-mail at customerservice@candles4dplanetearth.com Include the invoice/receipt number and your order number as well as a description of the damage.
- Candles4dplanetearth.com will replace the shipment after candles4dplanetearth.com has verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks.
- For large shipments sent via freight service such as FedEx Freight, Watkins, etc...
- The shipment's recipient must receive the shipment in person and must inspect the shipment when delivered.
- The recipient must notify the freight delivery driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and refuse the damaged shipment.
- Candles4dplanetearth.com will replace the shipment after candles4dplanetearth.com has verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks.
ERRORS
All shippers charge $10.00 if an incorrect shipping address was provided. Candles4dplanetearth.com will charge shipping errors to your account unless candles4dplanetearth.com is the cause of the error. Shipping errors include shipment refusal by the customer, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, $5.00 per address change/correction and any costs for reshipment. The customer must ensure to communicate the correct shipping address to candles4dplanetearth.com during check out. Shipping companies will not accept special shipping instructions other "ship to name and address."
WARRANTIES
Candles4dplanetearth.com warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted. Candles4dplanetearth.com is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, shipping or damaged packaging.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and inaccuracy or change/update the information at anytime without advanced notice.
